Thank you for your interest in our company. Environmental Assessments, Inc. (EAI) was established in 1989 to concentrate on Commercial Real Estate transactions and provide specialized environmental, geotechnical and building inspection services to a multitude of banking, commercial, real estate, industry, developers and investors. Documenting potential pitfalls concerning environmental liabilities and physical property deficiencies has aided borrowers and lenders in their due diligence decision making process by keeping abreast with ever changing environmental laws and governmental regulations.

EAI provides prudent Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II subsurface soil and/or groundwater sampling with chemical analysis, HUD Noise Assessments, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closures, Corrective Action Plans (CAP Part A & B), Geotechnical subsurface soil investigations, Monitoring Well Installation and Phase III remediation. In addition, EAI provides in-depth Physical Property Inspections defining and documenting the current condition of major building components, structural stability, hazardous building materials (including lead-based paint and asbestos) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Generally, multiple services provide for economy of scale.
